Chef Daniel Ramos has been in the South Florida Chef community since the early 2000’s. His love for local farm food began early in his career as a young chef. The farm to table approach to food has always been his focus. This passion for local food has culminated in his own venture with Family, Melodye Abell. Red Splendor Farm was created, located in West Lake Worth, where he now harvests much of the produce he uses in his private dinners. Currently in his third season as a vendor at the Delray Beach Green Market, Chef Ramos finds happiness in completing the cycle of growing
