We're thrilled to have been selected to host the acclaimed Outstanding in the Field on our farm, a celebration of the bonds that unite us through food. Experience an unforgettable evening as renowned chefs craft exquisite dishes using the freshest local ingredients.
The evening’s wine paired courses will be prepared by the award winning chef, Rick Mace of Tropical Smokehouse. Chef Rick’s cooking marries Southern fare with Latin and Caribbean influences, augmenting the unique flavors of South Florida’s offerings. Known as the ‘Barbecue King,’ King Rick was recently nominated for a James Beard Award and Tropical Smokehouse was deemed ‘Best Locally Owned Restaurant in Florida’ by Southern Living.
