Animals to start your Farm Our Farming Standards Since 2012, our farm has practiced rotational grazing as the foundation of our regenerative farming approach. Our cows, sheep, and other ruminants are moved regularly through small sections of pasture, allowing them access to fresh forage while giving grasses adequate time to recover and regrow. This management system helps build healthier soils year after year through natural manure distribution, improved plant diversity, and increased organic matter. Just as importantly, it promotes animal health by allowing livestock to move away from their manure, enjoy fresh grazing daily, and express their natural behaviors. Our dairy cows and sheep receive fresh pasture whenever possible, with quality hay provided during periods when grass growth slows. Lactating dairy animals are supplemented with higher-protein forages such as alfalfa hay or timothy-alfalfa cubes to support their nutritional needs. We do not feed grain—even on the milking stand. Our pigs are also pasture-raised and rotationally managed, giving them access to fresh forage, rooting opportunities, and the freedom to behave like pigs. Their diet consists of a non-GMO, soy-free feed supplemented with nutritious produce and food scraps donated by our community partner, The Juice Stop. This partnership helps divert wholesome food from landfills while providing valuable nutrition for our pigs and chickens. Our laying hens and meat birds are raised on non-GMO, soy-free feed and have regular access to pasture and free-range areas where they can scratch, forage, hunt insects, and enjoy fresh air and sunshine. In addition to producing nutritious eggs and meat, our chickens play an important role in the farm ecosystem by helping reduce fly populations and naturally distributing nutrients across the landscape. We believe healthy soil grows healthy plants, healthy plants support healthy animals, and healthy animals help nourish healthy communities. Every management decision on our farm is guided by that simple principle. Friendly Farm-Raised Laying Hens Looking to start your own backyard flock or add a few proven layers to an existing one? Each summer, we offer a limited number of our farm-raised hens as we make room for the next generation of chicks to be cared for and trained by our summer camp and youth program participants. These hens have been raised on our farm from hatch day through adulthood on a non-GMO, soy-free feed. They have spent their entire lives around children, volunteers, visitors, and educational programs, making them exceptionally friendly, calm, and easy to handle. At approximately two years old, these hens are in the prime of their laying years and produce an abundance of eggs, often laying nearly every day. 2026 available colors this year include red, black, and white varieties, all selected for their excellent egg-laying ability. Whether you’re starting your first flock or expanding your current one, these well-socialized hens are a wonderful way to enjoy fresh eggs, connect with your food, and bring a little more farm life into your backyard. Already trained by hundreds of kids and loved by thousands of visitors—these hens are ready for their next adventure in your backyard! Animal access Berkshire Pigs, Katahdin/St. Croix mix Sheep, Rhode Island Red, American Bresse, Australorp, Plymouth Barred Rocks and Easter Eggers A Relaxing Retreat Farm Stay Getaway Escape the hustle and experience life on the farm with our cozy one-room Airbnb. After the visitors have gone home, you’ll have the unique opportunity to enjoy the peaceful side of the farm—watching the sunset over the pastures, listening to the sounds of the animals settling in for the evening, or simply relaxing with a favorite drink while the chickens entertain you with their latest battle over a worm. It’s a chance to slow down, unplug from everyday distractions, and experience the beauty, simplicity, and serenity of a working farm from the inside. And a great place to recommend for visiting friends or in-laws. BOOK OUR FARM SUITE Check Out Our Calendar You might be here on a weekend we are doing something fun! - Jupiter Creamery | Raw Cow Milk & Event Venue
Jupiter Creamery Farm is a 10 acre homestead, a private secluded tropical oasis on the fringe of Palm Beach, in Jupiter Farms. Started as a family farm, Jupiter Creamery is home to a small herd of Jersey cross cows that sells raw milk farm products, venue space & farm experiences. It is also home to Nourishing Food For Thought the non-profit educational center. Raw Milk Reserve the Venue Community Events About the farm: I'm Suzie Dudas, a self-taught farmer managing a diverse 10-acre farm nestled within a former palm tree nursery. What began as a personal homestead has evolved into a working regenerative and educational farm dedicated to local food production, hands-on learning, and strengthening the connection between people and agriculture. Today, the farm is home to a variety of livestock, gardens, and tropical crops. I raise cattle for both milk and beef production, as well as pigs and chickens for meat and eggs. I'm also exploring sheep as part of a diversified lamb production program, reflecting my ongoing commitment to sustainable and resilient farming practices. Throughout the property, you'll find a blend of annual and perennial vegetable gardens alongside tropical fruit plantings that thrive in South Florida's unique climate. Every aspect of the farm is designed to demonstrate regenerative land stewardship, soil health, and small-scale food production while providing opportunities for education and community engagement. More than just a farm, this is a place where people can reconnect with the source of their food, learn practical agricultural skills, and experience firsthand the rewards and responsibilities of sustainable farming. Farm Products & Store I raise cows for both milk and meat production and proudly provide raw cow dairy directly from the farm. I also raise chickens for eggs and poultry, all fed a non-GMO, soy-free diet. In addition, I am the area's only local source of truly clean pork, raising pastured pigs on a non-GMO, soy-free feed program. My commitment is simple: produce food the way I would want it raised for my own family. Beyond what I grow and raise myself, my farm store features products from other local small-scale producers whose values align with mine. Every item I carry is something I would personally purchase and serve to my own family, allowing customers to support multiple local farms and artisans in one place. The Future... Following the loss of my children, the purpose of this farm deepened significantly. What began as a personal homestead transformed into a mission centered on healing, education, nourishment, and creating meaningful experiences for children and families. The farm became a place where grief could be transformed into service, connection, and hope for others. Today, I am transitioning the property from primarily individual use into a more commercial and educational agricultural operation with the goal of feeding and serving more children and families throughout our community. Through farm tours, educational programs, hands-on experiences, and access to clean local food, I hope to reconnect people with agriculture and help them better understand where their food comes from. The non-profit arm of the farm Nourishing Food For Thou g ht is where you will find the education, classes, workshops, markets, farm to table meals & community events. Operating within a densely populated coastal urban area where many small farms have disappeared due to development pressures and rising land values, I believe preserving farmland is more important than ever. By maintaining this farm in the heart of a heavily urbanized region, I hope to demonstrate that agriculture still has an essential place within local communities. My goal is not only to produce food, but to inspire future generations to value farming, understand the importance of local food systems, and feel empowered to support—or even participate in—small-scale agriculture themselves. Through education, stewardship, and community engagement, I hope this farm will continue serving as a place of learning, nourishment, healing, and connection for years to come. - OUR RAW MILK | Jupiter Creamery
Our raw milk, produced with no vaccines or hormones, is exclusively available to a select group of buyers. It plays a pivotal role in our non-profit arm, Nourishing Food For Thought, offering educational tours, workshops, and demonstrations. Jupiter Creamery or Nourshing Food For Thought? One Farm, Two Missions Many people are familiar with Jupiter Creamery because it has been part of our farm’s story for many years. Jupiter Creamery began as a family homestead and for-profit farm business, providing raw cow milk, a farm store and a beautiful venue for private events such as weddings, reunions, parties, and celebrations. Alongside the farm business, Nourishing Food For Thought was established as a 501.c.3 nonprofit organization in 2017 to expand our educational mission and help connect people to agriculture, food systems, and the outdoor screen-free experiences. While the nonprofit has existed for several years, it is only within the last two years that we have significantly expanded its programs, events, and community outreach efforts in memory of Farmer Suzie's two children Zale & Saxon. Today, Nourishing Food For Thought is the home for many of the farm’s educational and community-based activities, including farm tours, regenerative agriculture education, farmers markets, adult workshops, children’s programs, summer camps, volunteer opportunities, farm-to-table dinners, and special community events. Because Jupiter Creamery has been around longer and has historically been the more visible public-facing name, many people remember it first. However, if you’re looking for information about our educational programs, community events, camps, workshops, tours, or volunteer opportunities, you’ll likely find what you’re looking for on the Nourishing Food For Thought website. Together, Jupiter Creamery and Nourishing Food For Thought work hand in hand—one supporting local food production and farm operations, and the other advancing education, community engagement, and agricultural literacy. A Legacy of Farming & Learning At the heart of everything is Farmer Suzie, who owns and operates the working farm that many people know as Jupiter Creamery. The farm produces raw milk, eggs, meats, and other agricultural products while also serving as the home of Nourishing Food For Thought, our nonprofit educational organization. Unlike a petting zoo or demonstration farm, this is a real working farm. The dairy cows are milked, the chickens lay eggs, the livestock are cared for daily, and the gardens produce food. These same animals, gardens, and facilities become living classrooms where children and adults can learn firsthand where food comes from and how regenerative farming practices support healthy communities and ecosystems. Today, the for-profit farm business helps pay for the land, facilities, animal care, and mortgage, making it possible for the nonprofit and educational programs to operate in one of the most rapidly developing areas of Palm Beach County. The relationship is intentional: the farm business provides the agricultural foundation, while the nonprofit expands educational access and community engagement. As Nourishing Food For Thought continues to grow, the long-term vision is to gradually transfer more of the farm’s assets and operations into nonprofit stewardship as financially feasible. The goal is to create a permanent educational farm that can serve future generations long after any one farmer is gone. By preserving both a working farm and a teaching farm in the same place, we hope to ensure that children, families, and community members will always have the opportunity to experience authentic agriculture—not through exhibits or displays, but through a living, productive farm where food is grown, animals are cared for, and learning happens every day. Our mission is not simply to preserve land. It is to preserve knowledge, skills, and experiences that connect people to their food, their environment, and one another for generations to come. If you missed our raw milk subscriptions, don’t worry—any excess milk we have available is still offered on a first come, first served basis. Farm Store Products Our farm store reflects the realities of a small working farm, where products are made seasonally and in limited quantities. As a small dairy, our first priority is providing raw milk as fluid milk for our customers. When milk production exceeds demand, we are able to separate cream and offer rich heavy cream. If additional cream is available, it may be transformed into handcrafted butter, buttermilk, clabber, chocolate milk, and other dairy specialties. Just like the seasons on a farm, not every product is available all the time, making each visit a little different. During the cooler months, typically from October through May, we also offer our farm-raised poultry. Our chickens are raised on non-GMO, soy-free feed with access to pasture and fresh air. We also stock our pasture-raised pork, available frozen throughout the year while supplies last. Our pigs are raised outdoors, rotationally grazed, and fed a non-GMO, soy-free diet. Because we process whole animals, we are often able to offer unique cuts and nutrient-dense products such as organs, bones for broth, and other specialty items that are difficult to find elsewhere. In addition to products raised on our farm, we carefully curate goods from other small producers who share our commitment to quality and transparency. Depending on the season, you’ll find items such as honey from local hives, beeswax products, fermented foods, kombucha, seasonings, organ meat products, nutritional supplements, and other farm-inspired goods. We are always discovering new local artisans and producers, so there is often something new to explore each time you visit. Our goal is simple: to offer food and products that Farmer Suzie would proudly bring home to her own family while supporting other small producers who share the same values. Farm Fresh Milk At our small farm, we pride ourselves on knowing each cow personally and providing a friendly environment where they are interacted with and milked daily. We practice mob grazing and strictly avoid using grain, even during milking. Our commitment to natural methods ensures the highest quality milk. We believe in transparency, which is why we offer tours and volunteer opportunities. Our farm is open to the public, allowing you to see firsthand how we care for our cows and produce top-notch dairy products. Meet Our Cows Get ready to meet the beloved members of my herd.
